Event Overview
Entries are now open for all DASC squads for the Rotherham Metro A & B Graded Long Course Meet, taking place on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th January 2026 at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre, Sheffield.
This event is licensed Level 3 by Swim England and will be held under Swim England Laws and Technical Rules.
Events & Qualifying Times
This meet has A and B graded qualifying times. Swimmers must not have swum faster than the designated A Grade cut-off times. Swimmers will be split into A or B Grade based on their swim on the day. Entry times should be converted to 50m pool times using Swim England conversion tables.

Event Format
Age as of: 18th January 2026
Age Groups: 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 & Over
Events: 50m, 100m, and 200m of each stroke, plus 200m Individual Medley
All events are Heat Declared Winners
Awards for the top 3 swimmers in each age group per grade
Top Boy, Top Girl, and Top Visiting Club trophies awarded across all events
Entry Details
Entry Fee: £8.75 per event
Closing Date: Wednesday 15th October 2025 at 23:59
Payment: Submit entries via SCDS account, including swimmer’s entry times
