Event Overview
Entries are now open for all DASC squads for the Durham City Aquatics Norman Sarsfield Gala 2026, taking place on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th March 2026 at Freeman’s Quay Leisure Centre, Durham.
Events & Qualifying Times
This meet uses upper limit qualifying times. Entry times must not be faster than the accompanying Upper Limit Times. Entry times should be converted to 25m pool times where required.

Event Format
Age as of: 14th March 2026
Age Groups: 9yrs, 10yrs, 11yrs, 12yrs, 13yrs, 14yrs, 15–17yrs, 18yrs & Over
Events: 50m, 100m and 200m of all strokes; 100m & 200m Individual Medley; 400m Freestyle & Individual Medley (11yrs+); 800m & 1500m Freestyle (11yrs+)
All events are Heat Declared Winners.
Medals will be awarded to the top 3 swimmers in each age group.
Swimmers in the 09 & 10yrs age groups are not eligible to enter the 200m Butterfly, 400m Individual Medley or 400m, 800m or 1500m Freestyle events.

Entry Fee: £7.75 per event / £10.25 for 800m & 1500m Freestyle
Closing Date: Friday 6th February 2026 at 23:59
Payment: Submit entries via SCDS account, including swimmer’s entry times
