Event Overview
Entries are now open for Top, A1 and A2 squads for the BOSSS Winter Swim Festival, taking place on Friday 10th – Sunday 12th October 2025 at Billingham Forum Leisure Complex. This is a Swim England Level 2 licensed meet.
Events & Qualifying Times
This meet uses lower qualifying times. Entry times must meet or better the published standards and must have been achieved on or after 1 January 2024.

Event Format
Age as of: Sunday 12th October 2025
Age Groups: 9/10, 11/12, 13/14, 15/16, 17 & Over
Events: 50m, 100m, and 200m of each stroke, 400m Freestyle, 400m Individual Medley, plus 100m and 200m Individual Medley
All events will be Heat Declared Winners. Awards will be presented to the top 3 swimmers in each age group.
Entry Details
Entry Fee: £9 per event (50m–200m & 100m IM). 400m events £9.75.
Closing Date: 2nd September 2025
Payment: Submit entries via SCDS account, including swimmer’s entry times
