A massive well done to all Age Group Swimmers who competed at the recent North East Regional Championships at Sheffield. You all swam amazing and should be very proud of your achievements.

8 swimmers competed in a total of 39 events. All events in the Age Group pool were swam as Heat Declared winner and our swimmers represented DASC exceptionally well with a PB rate of 80%!! 

Harry Whitfield swam every distance of Freestyle event, 50m up to 1500m. Harry won three Regional Bronze medals in the 14 years age group, in his favoured distance events 400m, 800m and 1500m Freestyle. Fantastic achievement Harry.

William Oliver swam 10 events over the weekend in all four strokes. Will finished in the Top 10 for 8 of his swims and received a Regional Silver medal in the 12 years age group for 50m Breaststroke.

April Mansfield and Seb Mason had fantastic Butterfly swims over the weekend and April achieved the Scottish National Open qualifying time for 200m Butterfly.

Our youngest swimmers in the 11 years age group, Emmy, Sasha, Zachary and Charlotte, swam exceptionally well at their first Short Course Regional Championships achieving many PB times on times only recently set in galas in September and October.
